Research

I am interested in using machine learning methods for high-dimensional biological classification problems. In in Raji Balasubramanian’s lab, I am working on classifying bacterial infections using metabolomics data. We also collaborate on projects using metabolomics data from the UKBiobank. Additionally I am interested in joint estimation of graphical models and their application to correlated biological data. Finally I am also exploring synthetic transfer learning to work with GC/DMS data. Please email me if you are interested in collaborating!
